Due to her role as a community dentist providing care to children under general anaesthesia, she undertook a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry specialising in Paediatrics at Otago University. Upon her return to Adelaide in 2018 she enjoyed general dental practice before undertaking her specialist training in Endodontics at the University of Adelaide in 2022. In her final year, she received awards for her research which was recently published in the International Endodontic Journal.
Laura is a clinical endodontic tutor at the University of Adelaide and is the current Secretary/Treasurer of the Australian Society of Endodontology (SA branch). She enjoys all aspects of endodontics particularly managing and treating children and those with dental anxiety.
In her time outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her young family, which keeps her very busy.
